INTRODUCTION

FLOOREX’S FLO-EPOXY ia s two part epoxy based formulation, maufactured with the utmost precision to make it resistance to wear and tear.It is a grouting material of highest quality that provides excellent effect and durability.It prevents stains,spillage,chemical attack in filled groove thickness of tiles,stones.

FLOOREX FLO-EPOXY consists of part A and part B, and it has to be used by mixing both the parts homogenously.
The advantage of the two part is that it becomes unbreakable once they are combined together and applied in the groove together.when applied, it gives a smooth finish with an ingredient that provides crystalline sheen affect with ease of clean ablility. It is suitable for both residential and commercial installations including those with total hygiene control,damp and wet environments.

Suitable for installation and grouting of floor and wall tiles,artifical and natural marble,granite,mosaics,pavers,etc with grout joints between 2 to 15 mm such as:

APPLICATION

• FLO-EPOXY must be applied evenly on the tile covering.
• seal the joints by completely grouting them, applying the filler diagonally to the tiles.
• Remove most of the excess grout immediately using the spreader,leaving only a thin film on the tile.
• Right after this start to clean up the surface.
• On Completion. to clean the tiles use a thick, hard and large sized sponge damed in clean water to avoid removing of grout from the joints.
• Rinse frequently to ensure clean water is used at all times,using appropriate trays and grills.if necessary,replac the sponge when saturated with grout.
• Finish cleaning up by dragging the sponge diagonally across the tiles of avoid going into the joints

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• FLO-EPOXY is prepared by mixing together PART A and PART B.PART A-=2 parts by weight and PART =1 part B by weight.
• Pour PART B into the bucket containing PART A,being careful to mix the two parts uniformly until a smooth even colored mixture is obtained.
• The containers of FLO-EPOXY must be stored at a temperature of +20 degress C for at least 2-3 days prior to use

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use on joints less than 2 mm or more than 15 mm in width.
• Do not use to fill elastic expansion or fractionizing joints or on substrates that are not fully dry and subject to moisture rising

PRECAUTIONS
